Departments

In order to conduct teaching, research and professional activities the Faculty has established the following departments:

• Department of Teaching Methods  in the Field of Arts and Humanities
• Department of Teaching Methods  in the Field of Natural and Social Sciences
• Department of Educational Sciences 

 
  Department activities include:

• development of department study courses
• creation of proposed study plan for every academic year for the fields of study covered by the departments
• creation and updating of course outline as well as of detailed syllabi of the courses offered by the departments
• planning and execution of scientific and professional projects and studies
• approval of bachelor’s and master’s thesis topics chosen from the contents of the courses offered by thedepartments and confirmation of the supervisors
• encouraging of an interdisciplinary approach in the organization and execution of the scientific and educational activities
• assessment of teacher quality and student achievement in the courses offered by the departments
• other activities related to the improvement of the quality of teaching, research and  professional work
